Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • pinch of salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined, about 1 minute. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Stir before serving, and do not leave it at room temperature for extended periods because it's mayo-based.
  • Grate the garlic instead of chopping it. This helps it blend smoothly into the aioli and prevents harsh pieces of raw garlic.
Let it rest if you have time. The sauce tastes even better after 15-30 minutes in the fridge because the garlic, lime, and sriracha have time to meld.
  • Adjust the heat gradually. Sriracha brands vary, so start with less if you’re sensitive to spice and add more to taste.
