Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • pinch of salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined, about 1 minute. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Storage: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • How to freeze: Transfer sauce to a freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To thaw, place in refrigerator overnight. If your aioli separates, give it a few whirls in a blender or food processor to re-emulsify it.
  • Make ahead: Make sauce and store it in the refrigerator for up 3 days ahead of time.
  • Let it mingle. If you have time, chill your aioli in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavors hang out and intensify before serving.
