How To Make Baked Salmon with Creamy Mustard Dill Sauce

An elegant and easy recipe that pairs baked salmon with a tangy and creamy mustard dill sauce. Ready in just 20 minutes!

– ¾ cup Greek yogurt – 2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped – ¼ cup Dijon mustard – 2 scallions, thinly sliced – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – 4 (4-6 ounce) salmon fillets – 1 clove garlic minced

Step 1. Whisk yogurt, dill, mustard, scallions, salt, and pepper in small bowl to blend. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Step 2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. You could also use a large baking dish.

Step 3. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared  sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake salmon  until just opaque in center, about 10-12 minutes. Drizzle ⅓ cup of  sauce over salmon and serve with remaining sauce on the side.

* Storage: Place leftovers in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. * How to freeze: Transfer completely cooled salmon to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 3 months.
