How to Make Overnight Oats with Mango

Mango overnight oats are the perfect on-the-go breakfast that you can prep the night before. It's a great make-ahead breakfast that's easy (prep time is 5 minutes), nutritious, and just 7 ingredients.

– old-fashioned oats – mango – almond milk – maple syrup – flax seeds – vanilla extract – ground cinnamon – ground nutmeg – salt

Ingredients Needed

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients and transfer to two jars or containers with lids.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until mixture thickens. Top with your favorite oatmeal toppings.
