How to Make Fudgy Vegan Truffles

These vegan chocolate truffles are fudgy, creamy, velvety, and just 3 ingredients! This easy and versatile recipe can be made for a special occasion, a holiday gift, or just because you want a healthy chocolate treat.

– Coconut cream – Vegan dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate – Vanilla extract – Salt – Toasted coconut flakes (garnish) – Cocoa powder (garnish)

Ingredients Needed

Step 1. Simmer coconut cream. Step 2. Add chocolate chips and leave mixture to sit for around 5 minutes. Pour in vanilla extract and salt, and whisk to combine.

Step 3. Transfer ganache to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step 4. Pour coconut flakes and cocoa powder (or your  preferred garnishes) into two small bowls. Place parchment paper onto a  baking sheet.

Step 5. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, scoop  out ganache and use the palm of your hands to roll into a ball. Roll  into coating and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining truffles.  Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to help firm up.
