How to Make Fudgy Vegan Truffles (3 ingredients)

These fudgy vegan truffles are creamy, velvety, and just 3 ingredients! Easy and versatile, they can be made for your special Valentine, or just because you want a healthy chocolate treat. These homemade truffles are so rich and creamy that your friends won't know they're vegan!

– Coconut cream – Vegan dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate – Vanilla extract – Salt – Cocoa powder (garnish)

Ingredients Needed

Step 1. Simmer coconut cream. Step 2. Add chocolate chips and leave mixture to sit for around 5 minutes. Pour in vanilla extract and salt, and whisk to combine.

Step 3. Transfer ganache to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Step 4. Pour cocoa powder (or your preferred garnishes) into a small bowl. Place parchment paper onto a baking sheet.

Step 5. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, scoop  out ganache and use the palm of your hands to roll into a ball. Roll into coating and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining truffles. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to help firm up.
