Stay hydrated with this quick and refreshing infused water. It's a  healthy summertime thirst-quencher that provides endless health benefits and is more fun than plain ol' water!

- Lemon - Cucumber - Fresh ginger

Ingredients Needed

Place sliced lemon, cucumber, and ginger in a large pitcher and add 8 cups of cold water (or distribute evenly among 8 glasses).

Recipe Instructions

Let the water sit at room temperature for about 1 hour to let the flavor develop. Serve with or without ice cubes.

Recipe Instructions

* Add mint. Rip up a handful of fresh mint for a minty-flavored beverage. * Make with sparkling water. Who doesn't love bubbles?? For a more festive preparation, use sparkling water!

Variations & Substitutions

* Add maple syrup. This recipe has sweet notes without any added sugar, but if you want to make it a touch sweeter, add 1 or 2  teaspoons of maple syrup or honey to make it more of a funky lemonade.

Variations & Substitutions

* Make it last longer: Strain water after 12 hours to remove lemon, cucumber, and ginger, and store in the refrigerator for up  to 4 days. This prevents the lemon from developing a bitter taste.
