Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients and transfer to two jars or containers with lids.
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until mixture thickens.
  • Serve topped with your favorite oatmeal toppings.

Notes

  • How to store: Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Make ahead: Prep your oats the night before, place in the refrigerator, and they will be ready in the morning.
  • Double-up: This recipe can be doubled to serve 4.
