How to Reheat Quiche (4 easy ways)

There's nothing like a freshly-baked quiche, with light & fluffy eggs and a flaky crust. But how do you reheat quiche without it drying out and the crust turning soggy? This post will teach you how to reheat quiche using 4 easy methods, ensuring success for your leftover quiche.

Although quiche is always best eaten fresh, it can totally be reheated the next day, or even up to 4 days, if being stored in the  fridge.

Depending on how much time you have, and what type of appliances are available, there are a few ways to go when reheating quiche. However, the best results will always be achieved by using your oven.

Because quiche is so dense, the inside might take longer to heat compared to the outside. You can test this by sticking a knife into the middle of your quiche, then feeling the knife after pulling it out.

This is the best method if you want to recreate that "right from the oven" texture and flavor. It takes longer than the microwave, but it's worth it.

Reheating in the oven ensures an even distribution of heat, a crisp crust, and you can warm up an entire quiche or just a few slices.
