How To Make Pecan Rosemary Chocolate Bark

Pecan rosemary chocolate bark is full of big flavors from buttery  pecans and aromatic rosemary. It's easy, healthy, and makes a great  holiday gift!

-Dark chocolate -Pecans -Fresh rosemary -Flaky sea salt

Ingredients Needed

Step 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2. Gently melt the chocolate using a double boiler  or microwave method (see Recipe Notes section above). Remove from heat.  Pour chocolate onto parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 3. Evenly sprinkle the pecans, rosemary and sea salt over the chocolate edge to edge.

Step 4. Using the back of a spoon, gently push the pecans, rosemary, and salt down to make sure they are adhered to the chocolate.

Step 5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until firm.

One of the easiest ways to temper chocolate is by using the microwave:  Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 1 minute. Remove  from microwave and stir thoroughly. Return chocolate to microwave and  melt for another minute. Remove and stir. Continue this process until  chocolate is completely melted.
