How To Make Creamy Mustard Dill Salmon

– Greek yogurt – fresh dill – Dijon mustard – scallions – salt – black pepper – salmon fillets – garlic

Ingredients Needed

Step 1. Whisk yogurt, dill, mustard, scallions, salt, and pepper in small bowl to blend. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Step 2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. You could also use a large baking dish.

Step 3. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 10-12 minutes. Drizzle ⅓ cup of sauce over salmon and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
